After 10 years of thriving in multi-level leadership in business, I suddenly began waking up in the mornings feeling like I wasn’t in the world in which God had assigned me. Daily on my knees, seeking God before I went to work, I could neither see nor feel why this strange shift was happening, or where exactly he was leading me. After two years of faithfully pursuing him through this desert, he revealed the door. Over a series of events and connections, it was confirmed to me. I was supposed to leave my career, sell it all, and move to Sydney, Australia to attend Bible College.
After four incredible years in Sydney, laying on God’s operating table to remold and make me, I came back to California and stumbled into Newlife, Pomona. I never dreamt I could use my heart for leadership and people development inside the church. My passion is to help people rise to their fullest potential. My greatest joy is seeing the transformation of people as they find their identity in Christ, and discover their purpose and calling.
I earned my B.A. degree in Business Administration/Leadership from Southwestern University in Texas and received a Biblical Leadership diploma from C3 Bible College in Sydney, Australia. I currently oversee all services, communication, goal setting, and the follow-up of staff at Newlife. I serve as Director of our one-year young adult school, Encounter School of Discipleship, and also have the honor of serving with the Mandate team.
